No Refund Policy – Standard Conditions
At Wolffia Technologies, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. As a service-oriented business, payments made for our services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or been completed.
Refunds will only be reviewed in rare and exceptional situations, in accordance with the special provisions outlined below.
Service Cancellation Within 2 Hours:
Refunds may be approved if cancellation is requested within 2 hours of payment with a valid reason. Baseless or vague reasons will not qualify.
Service Not Initiated:
If the service requested by the client is not initiated by our team within 30 days of payment. However, if the client requests a hold on the service after payment, no refund will be initiated.
Duplicate Payment:
Any duplicate payments caused by transaction errors will be refunded after verification.
Unused Ad Spend:
Unused balances for Google or Facebook ads may be refunded (after deductions). Amounts already paid to platforms are non-refundable.
Account Overdue:
Non-Cancellable Offers:
No cancellations are allowed for services purchased under special offers or promotional packages. These limited-time offers are non-refundable.
Taxes:
Any amount paid for GST or any other tax liability will not be refunded
