By accessing or using the services of Wolffia Technologies, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms cover your use of our website, communications, and all services we provide, including web development, social media marketing, sponsored advertising, graphic design, content creation, printing, and digital branding.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary content, and timely approvals to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Any delays in communication or submission of required materials may impact the agreed delivery schedule. While we make every effort to meet specified deadlines, all project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to revisions, changes in project scope, or unforeseen technical issues.

Payments & Refunds

All services must be paid in advance or as per the milestone agreement. Invoices must be settled within 7 days. Payments are non-refundable, except under specific cases mentioned in our Refund Policy. Work may be paused or terminated in case of delayed payments.

Project Scope & Revisions

Our services are tailored based on the agreed scope. Minor revisions are included, but any major changes or additions outside the original scope will be charged additionally. It’s important to finalize the scope during the planning phase to avoid extra costs.

Ownership & Rights

All work, including designs, websites, or digital content, remains the property of Wolffia Technologies until full payment is received. After that, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

If your project involves third-party tools (e.g., hosting, domains, paid ad accounts), their costs and terms will be governed separately. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts or covering third-party fees if not managed by us.

Service Termination

Both the client and Wolffia Technologies have the right to terminate the contract at any time with notice. In case of termination, payment must be made for all work completed until that point. Access to files or platforms will be revoked if dues are unpaid.

Liability & Warranty

Wolffia Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue or business opportunity. We are also not responsible for performance issues caused by third-party platforms or incorrect data shared by the client.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your operating location or mutually agreed upon region.
